The constitution turned ten. Here is what has been amended and what has not
Promulgated in 2015 after a decade of drafting, the charter has been changed twice. The arguments over the next change are familiar.

The first amendment, within months, adjusted constituency delimitation and representation in response to protests in the Terai. The second, in 2020, updated the national map. [1]
Proposals since then have ranged from the electoral system to the number of provinces, none with the two-thirds support an amendment needs.
A decade of operation
Comparative ratings credit the charter with regular elections and a broadly inclusive legislature, and fault the political class that operates it for instability. [2]
